ManyChat

We use ManyChat to manage automated messaging via Instagram Direct Messages. If you initiate contact with us through Instagram DM — for example, by sending a keyword to request information about a program — your Instagram username and message content are processed by ManyChat to deliver your requested response. ManyChat operates under Meta’s platform policies. You may opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received through this channel.

Drip

We use Drip as our email marketing and automation platform. If you submit your email address through any of our forms — including travel guide requests or inquiry forms on our website — your contact information is stored in Drip and used to deliver the content you requested and relevant follow-up communications. You may unsubscribe from any email sequence at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message.
